Well written and informativeThis was an interesting read， although I found the formatting of using bullet points distracting。 The books contains a great deal of information， especially on effective team leadership。

Inspirational and heartbreaking readAmazing stories with inspirational endings。 It really touches on the effects of loss on so many levels and perspectives。 From a grieving mother who mourns a son while caring for her living family to a destitute widow who learns financial independence。 I Recommend this book to anyone who needs to hear words of wisdom and hope。
